Desserts
Apple Rib Rub -cover slab of ribs with packet of rub, cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 200 degrees overnight, is good just like this but to make it even better smoke on grill for a couple of hours.  Same with the brisket, cover with applewood rub, then cook over night at 200 degrees and smoke for a couple of hours.  Awesome barbecue.

Apple Mesquite-mix packet with 1 cup of brown sugar, then on a 3-4 pound pork loin, cover and wrap on foil put on the grill and cook till tender.

For Amazing Burgers on the Grill-Mix hamburger meat with the applewood rub, before making into patties, then grill for delicious burgers, use fresh ground pork, and Apple Mesquite, use sparingly until you are used to the taste, its a little stronger in flavor, makes great pork burgers, or turkey burgers.

Tequila Lime and Garlic Shrimp-mix rub with oil and marinate shrimp for an hour. Place on a hot grill, grill for 3 minutes then turn and baste with marinade, grill the other side.
Hints-Choose large or jumbo shrimp for grilling, Cook shrimp till pink, careful to not over cook.

Happy Grilling!!
Parfaits are a wonderful summer dessert, light and easy-
Our  favorite, toasted vanilla hazelnut with any fruit works well, I like peaches, but you could use blackberries, strawberries, mangoes, your only limited by your  imagination. Using sugar free makes it even better, very low calorie.

Ice Cream Sandwiches are always a favorite, we take chocolate chip cookies and fill with Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake the picture shown is with chocolate chip cookies. You could also use pecan sandies and Caramel Apple Cheesecake.

Strawberry Cheesecake Pie-this has been a favorite for years, I take two graham cracker crust pies, and make strawberry cheesecake according to directions, pour half in each shell, layer sliced strawberries on top, then pour strawberry glaze that you find at the produce department at the grocery store over the top, one container usually covers both pies.
I serve one and freeze one for later.

Don't forget the Caramel Apple  with apple pie filling, or the Amaretto Cherry with Cherry Pie filling, each in a graham cracker crust, easy and delicious.
