New!! Holy Cow Habanero!!! Same great taste as the Holy Habanero, just much hotter. It will sneak up on you with the heat. Accomplished with the addition of the famous ghost peppers.
New!! Cheddar, Bacon and Onion
Three of my favorite foods, made into a dip! Great combination of flavors added sour cream. Good for chips, pretzels, crackers or as a topping on a baked potato. Makes a great cheeseball for holiday celebrations, just add to 2 softened 8 ounce bars of cream cheese, chill and make into a ball. Roll in nuts, crushed french fried onions or a chopped nuts and green onion mixture. Serve with crackers .
Toasted Garlic and Caramelized Onion
With its great onion flavor and the added taste of roasted garlic, this is one of our best selling dip mixes. It can be used as a chip dip and makes a great cheeseball. Mix 2 - 8 ounce cream cheese (softened in the microwave for 30 seconds) with dip mix, chill in refrigerator for an hour, then make into a ball. Cover with cellophane to help make the ball, and then roll in smashed fried onions or Funyuns. Chill and serve with crackers.
Garden Medley
This one is my favorite for a veggie dip. It has the great garden flavor of garlic, onion, red pepper and green pepper, plus just a little bit of a cheesy flavor. It is great as a topping for a baked potato instead of sour cream.
Roasted Garlic and Red Bell Pepper
For the garlic lovers, this mix has good garlic flavor with the complements of red bell pepper. Mix with a cup of olive oil and a cup of salad vinegar for a great salad dressing, or sprinkle dip mix over potatoes and bake in the oven with butter for great roasted potatoes.
Cucumber Dill
Great dip with chips or veggies, with its combined flavor of cucumber and dill. I like to make potato salad using this mix; only I add 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise to it, blend and mix with cooked red potatoes, pieces of cooked bacon and chopped red onion. Also for a dressing, add mix to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup buttermilk.
Cheezy Spinach
This is a good seller and makes a great dip for chips or veggies. It could also go in the honey whole wheat bread bowl instead of the cucumber dill dip.
Smoked Tomato and Vegetables
Another good seller. This is something different; a sweet, smoked tomato flavor, which is great with chips. You could make a cheeseball with 2- 8 ounce cream cheese. Soften the cream cheese and blend mix and cream cheese together. Chill and make into a ball, using cellophane to wrap around it to form the ball, and then roll the chilled ball in crushed fried onions for a great taste.
Jalapeno
Tasty jalapeno flavor with just a bite of heat. This is good with nacho chips and great to top a taco salad, or on tacos instead of sour cream. Make a cheeseball with 8 ounces of cream cheese and 8 ounces grated cheddar jack cheese. Soften the cream cheese (about 30 seconds in the microwave) and blend the grated cheese, cream cheese and mix together, using a food processor or a spoon. Chill for an hour, and then make into a ball, using cellophane around it to help shape it. Roll in smashed corn chips and cilantro.
Ragin' Cajun
Medium heat with cajun flavor, lots of paprika and cajun spices, would be good mixed with sour cream and mayo, added shrimp or crab, celery and red onion. served with chips or crackers. Or good just by itself., mixed with sour cream.
Pepperjack
Another great seller! The jalapeno gives it a bite, but the heat is medium and not too hot. It has a great flavor with its mixture of pepper jack and jalapeno. Good with chips.
Garlic Chipotle
This dip is very hot! It has great chipotle flavor, if you can get past the heat.
Green Chili Salsa
Mild tomato and green chili flavor with garden vegetables to make a great salsa taste. Good as a dip with chips, or as a cheeseball.
Holy Habanero
This dip has the same great flavor as the jalapeno, but it is much hotter with the habanero peppers. Use it in a cheeseball as directed for the jalapeno, if you like it hotter.
