Rice Blends
Hickory Charcoal Steak Rub
Cover steak or hamburgers thoroughly with rub, no need to marinate, place on hot grill. Grill to desired doneness. The rubs help to hold the juices in. This rub gives a tantalizing flavor to the steak.
Apple Mesquite
Cover thick pork chops, pork tenderloins, ribs or roasts with rub, not too heavy as the rub will go a long way. Let marinate in the fridge for the optimum flavor. Then bake or grill. Gives a great mesquite flavor to the meat, can be used on beef and chicken as well.
Roast Beef Rub
Great to season hamburgers as well and check our recipe page for pepper steak. Cover Roast with rub place in oven or slow cooker, makes a great gravy. Mixture of garlic, parsley, red bell peppers, onion and a flavorful carmellizing flavor that will make you want more.
Roasted Garlic and Mushroom
Use on beef or chicken and use our Mushroom Rice Blend as a side dish. Check our recipe page for our recipe for minute steaks.
Tequila Lime and Jalapeno
This makes a great rub for beer can chicken, has a warm but not hot flavor. Can also use on pork. Try the Tequila Lime and Black Bean side dish.
Kansas Prairie Fire Steak Rub
If you like it hot this one is for you. To hot for me but my husband soaks up the juices. His favorite. Lots of peppers make this flavorful rub. Want it not so hot, use less rub.
Honey Lime and Garlic Rub
Great on chicken or pork, my favorite is shrimp. Mix with olive oil and keep basting while grilling.
Cranberry Maple Rub
Makes a delicious baked chicken, or cornish hen. Also good on pork or ham. Don't forget our Cranberry Rice Blend as a side dish or to stuff the turkey.
Apricot Rosemary and Garlic Rub
Another great rub for pork or chicken, don't forget the Apricot Rosemary Rice Blend Side Dish.
Meatloaf Seasoning
Last but not least in the seasonings, our meat loaf seasoning is a life saver just add tomato sauce or catsup to seasoning, red and green peppers, onion and garlic are already in it.
